课程目标:
建立全民学习动画、动手画卡通的兴趣，建立方便学习的机制与管道。
建立2D动画制作的在线教学完整视讯教学数据。
透过本课程学习建立学员对动画专业正确的观念。
培养专业动画人才，推动大专院校和高中职端学习动画的技能。
提升动画产业的制作水平。
建立动画在线教学师资群与台湾在线动画教学品牌。
促进相关产业对动画制作的意愿与投资。

课程特色:
学习从文本转换成视觉脚本绘制。
熟习动画角色设计要领与实务。
学习手绘动画制作过程与技术。
学习制作一部完整的动画短片过程。
培养动画制作团队的重要性。
熟习动画专业流程。
授课老师实务操作、演练。
本课程将以「趣味、创意、易学、实用」为目标,每次都融合一个小故事为主，如每周八至十个小单元,可以完成1~2个小故事，十周课程完成后可以串接成一个完整的故事，让学习者满足期待
好奇心，并因完成作品而获得成就感。
降低绘图技术门坎(也就是即使是使用鼠标都可以画得出来)，如此可以让本课程大众化。内容使用简单造型结合一个趣味事件为示范内容，让学习者明白动画原理，同时学到动画工具与创意表现。在技术上可以满足一般民众需求，即使专业人士也可以获得「动画和工具融合」的一些启发。

1.电影知识：对脚本分镜与故事设计有直接帮助。
2.漫画或素描知识：对设计角色与绘制原画与背景有直接帮助。
3.摄影技术：对构图有直接帮助。
4.设计知识：对风格形成和色彩建立有直接帮助。
5.绘图软件技术（Flash、Photoshop、Premiere）：对完稿、上色、后制有直接帮助。
6.建筑图学知识：对透视有直接帮助。
7.音乐知识：对配乐有直接帮助。
